I'm in the right place.

Eventful night #2

Yesterday was an uneventful day.

It did not prepare me for what was coming.

Around 1:30, I again started bleeding. Sorry to the one male that reads this blog, with it being all about bodily functions.

Far worse than the night before, they decided to transfer me to labor and delivery for full monitoring and also in case I needed a c-section right away.

The doctor on call actually told me that if I could not start clotting on my own, there was little he could do from preventing her arrival.

Tessa's little heart is trucking right along between 135-150 bpm, so I am thankful she did not seem in stress.

So thankful to be back on our way back out of labor and delivery.

Please pray for an uneventful day, and especially an uneventful night!

Praying for many more uneventful nights. Also praying that your mind would find some restful moments as well. I'm sure the anxiety is overwhelming at times. You are in the right place, but it is hard to just sit while life goes on all around you. Praying for your boys and Josh too.

Jamie, We will continue to pray for uneventful days and nights for you and Tessa, even though it will make time go slow. I can only imagine how much you miss your boys! We are also praying for them and their time away from you. God is watching over them and giving them all the love they need while you are getting what you need. We are praying for Peace for you and your entire family as you go through these times.

We sang this song at church this morning and while we were singing I thought of you and little Tessa. Praying that you will continue to see the greatness of our God.

"Our God is greater Our God is bigger, our God is higher than any other. Our God is healer, awesome redeemer, Our God, our God."

May you find comfort in the fact that we serve a Big God who is able to do far more than we could ever ask or imagine. A God who is with us no matter how deep the valley.
May you find rest in under the shadow of His wings.
Blessings

Hey there Jamie. I was talking to Janelle's boyfriends mom last night. Turns out he was a premee botn at a mere 6months gestation and his lungs were not developed yet...I had to ask. Right now the two of them (both 15) are upstairs playing pool. I pray for you so often and just ask the Lord for his best for you all. This is a huge faith journey for you and your family and all who are lifting you up in prayer.

We can see God's hand everywhere around you! You've made it this far and we continue to pray for you, Tessa, your "boys", your parents and now your Doctors and nurses too! We pray that He will help you to "Let your light shine" and surround you with people to lift you up when you feel down and praise Him with you in the high places! Praying for "boring" days and nights but that time passes quickly and Tessa thrives and heals right where she is for now.
Love and prayers to you all!
